Member Services

Member Services are available by email at asainfo@appraisers.org or by phone at 1-800-ASA-VALU (U.S. and Canada) or (703) 478-2228.

All of the Member Service Representatives will be able to help you:

• Find an ASA accredited appraiser*
  
• Register for an ASA course or conference
• Purchase ASA publications
• Provide you with membership information
• Secure a refund
• Provide you with general information about ASA
• Send you a form by Fax or e-mail
  
• Update your address, telephone number, fax number, or e-mail address
• Pay your membership dues, education, conference or publication invoices
• Refer you to the appropriate staff specialist

The Member Services Department is open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

*Please note: our member services representatives are not appraisers and will not be able to appraise your item for you. They will be more than happy to provide you with referrals for ASA accredited appraisers.
