The new program offers a specialty designation in Appraisal Review and Management.
- Who is eligible to participate?
Currently, all active Accredited Senior Appraisers (ASA) in the PP, RP, MTS, BV and GJ disciplines are eligible to earn an ARM designation.
- How can you obtain the ASA ARM Specialty Designation?
The ARM specialty designation may be earned by: submitting an application, completing AR201 and AR204 courses and submitting an appraisal review report to an examining committee.
