Leading Valuation Professional Organization and Aeronautical University Partner to Offer Aviation Valuation Education

The American Society of Appraisers (ASA) is pleased to announce its continued partnership with the top aviation and aerospace educator in the world, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU), to provide ongoing training in aviation valuation over the next three years.

The first round of courses held in Daytona, Florida will include: ME201AS - Introduction to Machinery and Equipment Valuation September 27-30, 2018, ME202AS - Machinery and Equipment Methodology (Aviation Specific) November 1-4, 2018, ME203AS - Advanced Topics in Aircraft Appraisal January 17-20, 2019 and ME204AS - Advanced Topics in Aircraft Appraisal II Mach 14-17, 2019.

Williams, Ph.D., Dean of the College of Business and professor of information systems in the Department of Economics, Finance and Information Systems at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University added saying, “ERAU’s partnership with ASA testifies to our shared commitment to both academic and professional excellence. These courses are for individuals wishing to pursue a career in aviation valuation or for professionals seeking a specialty designation and a pathway to ASA membership.
