2019-2020 ASA Election Policies and Eligibility to Vote

Mar 27, 2019

ASA is using an independent voting platform for this year’s international elections. Eligible voting members will receive a ballot in mid-May, 2019 from eBallot. Please be sure to add the email addresses noreply@eballot.com or noreply@votenet.com to your safe sender list before the elections begin.

All individuals who are eligible to vote must be in good standing by April 15, 2019 in order to be able to vote in the 2019-2020 ASA elections. Designated Members and Candidates in active, partially retired, retired or sabbatical status are eligible to vote.

Prior to the election, each eligible candidate running for office may begin campaigning on April 1, 2019. Individuals are limited to five total e-mail messages: two sent from ASA headquarters (on the candidates' behalf) with their information and three additional messages sent from the candidates directly.
