TAF Discusses Trends on Appraisal Credentials and State Examinations

The Appraisal Foundation recently discussed trends on appraiser credentials and state examinations in a presentation at the North American Conference of Appraisal Organizations (NACAO) this past June.

An overview of the trends included: Long-Term Active Appraiser Credentials, First-Time Exam Administrations, First-Time Test Takers Pass Rates and Repeat Test Takers.
