This course will introduce more advanced concepts and
techniques than those taught in ME201 and ME202. A review of case studies
illustrating a range of operating entities will be employed. This course will
explore exponential pricing techniques, cost estimation, reproduction vs.
replacement costs, quantifying functional obsolescence, use of research data, time value of
money calculations and more.
*No CE credits will be awarded for the
on-line or audio versions of this course.Accredited MTS Members who took the ME 201-204 courses for
accreditation purposes may not retake the courses for
reaccreditation credits. Those who have not previously completed these courses
must successfully pass the exam to receive ASA reaccreditation credit.
