This course discusses, in detail, the theory, methods and assumptions appropriate for the valuation of intangible assets.  The course includes detailed and up-to-date information on accounting and other guidance on valuing intangible assets including SFAS 141R and 157 and the Exposure Draft on Contributory Asset Charges among others.  The course is suitable for transfer pricing and other professionals that do not specialize in financial reporting valuations.
