Centered around real and personal
property review including the history and evolution of report writing, appraisal
review paradigm, dogma, review of diverse definitions of value, other applicable
concepts of market value, statements of qualifications, and the principles of
Character/Ethos, Standards/Nomos, and Logic/Logos applied to the appraisal
argument. The participants review a diverse grouping of real estate and personal
property appraisals.
