General Information
Learning Objective: The objective of this course is identical to that of ME201 however this course is specifically designed for aircraft appraisal. This course introduces ME appraisal terminology; the three approaches to value (sales comparison, cost and income); specific aviation-related examples and problems are covered. This course may be substituted for ME201 for students interested in a career in aviation valuation. Students completing this course are awarded 3 undergraduate credit hours from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.Students registering for this course are required to purchase a current copy of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) book which is available from ASA. www.appraisalfoundation.org - Foundation Store Level: Basic.
