Where’s all the action?

Registration, educational sessions, breakfast, breaks and networking events will be located on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt Regency. Details on educational session locations will be provided on-site in the conference program.

What do I wear?

Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference events. We recommend you dress in layers in the hotel – sometimes the meeting rooms are cold.

May I register onsite?

Yes, you may register onsite at the conference registration desk.

How do I get my conference badge?

When you arrive at the Hyatt Regency you may pick up your conference materials at the ASA Conference Registration Desk located on the 2nd floor of the hotel.

May I bring a guest to the social events?

Yes. Guest passes may be purchased online or are available at the ASA Conference Registration Desk. There is a fee for each event.

Do I need to book my hotel room and make my own travel arrangements?

Yes. All conference registrants are responsible for booking their conference travel and making hotel arrangements.

Will conference materials be provided?

Yes. Conference materials will be provided electronically and will be available for download approximately 10 days prior to the conference. Registrants will have the ability to download all conference material regardless of sessions selected. Email notification and instructions will be sent when materials are available.

Are group discounts available?

For five or more individuals registering from a single organization the registration fee is $750 per person (regardless of membership status). All registrations must be received and paid at one time. Group registrations can be made by downloading and completing the conference registration form for each individual. Forms can be returned to ASA by fax at 703-742-8471 or email to asainfo@appraisers.org.
