Mr. Cimasi serves as Chief Executive Officer of Health Capital Consultants (HCC), and Chair of ASA's Healthcare Special Interest Group (HSIG). He has over thirty years of experience in serving clients, with a professional focus on the financial and economic aspects of healthcare service sector entities.

Ernest A. Demba, FASA, ARM-RP
Presenter: WEBHCWG1-Valuation of Healthcare Real Estate & Real Property

Mr. Demba is principle of Demba Valuation Services. He has been designated with senior appraisal designations: FASA – Real Property-Urban (6/7/85-current), FRICS (09/13-current), MRICS (10/29/09-09/13), and IFAS (8/20/81-12/31/08). He is certified by Missouri and Illinois as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and is licensed as a Registered Professional Engineer in Missouri.

Edward G. Detwiler, ASA

Mr. Detwiler is President of Edward G. Detwiler & Associates, LTD. His extensive background includes over thirty five years of experience in the medical equipment industry, including engineering, sales, product management and general management responsibilities.

Sandra J. Tropper, ASA
Presenter: WEBHCWG3-Valuation of Healthcare Tangible Personal Property (Furniture Fixtures & Equipment)

Ms. Tropper is owner of Artemis, Inc. She has worked as an appraiser and art consultant for over 25 years and has completed appraisals for estate tax calculation, estate and financial planning, insurance coverage and loss claims, division of property and non-cash charitable contributions. She has completed donation appraisals for properties that have been gifted to such institutions as the National Gallery of Art, the National Portrait Gallery, the Houston Museum of Fine Art, the Phillips Collection and the Corcoran Gallery of Art.

Charles A. Wilhoite, ASA
Presenter: WEBHCWG4-Valuation of Healthcare Intangible Assets and Intellectual Property

Mr. Wilhoite is a managing director of Willamette Management Associates and national director of the firm's tax-exempt entity and health care services practice. He has particular expertise in the valuation and economic analysis of professional practices, with a heavy concentration in the health care field. He has testified throughout the country with regard to valuation and economic issues across a variety of industries, including a wide variety of health-care-related matters.
