Mr. Baldwin is executive vice president of Salus Valuation Group. He has performed hundreds of market studies nationwide for seniors housing developers, lenders and investors and assists developers with site selection for new seniors housing properties.

Mr. Demba is principle of Demba Valuation Services. He has been designated with senior appraisal designations: FASA – Real Property-Urban (6/7/85-current), FRICS (09/13-current), MRICS (10/29/09-09/13), and IFAS (8/20/81-12/31/08). He is certified by Missouri and Illinois as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and is licensed as a Registered Professional Engineer in Missouri.

Sandra J. Tropper, ASA

Ms. Tropper is owner of Artemis, Inc. She has worked as an appraiser and art consultant for over 25 years and has completed appraisals for estate tax calculation, estate and financial planning, insurance coverage and loss claims, division of property and non-cash charitable contributions. She has completed donation appraisals for properties that have been gifted to such institutions as the National Gallery of Art, the National Portrait Gallery, the Houston Museum of Fine Art, the Phillips Collection and the Corcoran Gallery of Art.
