He is certified by Missouri and Illinois as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and is licensed as a Registered Professional Engineer in Missouri.

Sandra J. Tropper, ASA

Ms. Tropper is owner of Artemis, Inc. She has worked as an appraiser and art consultant for over 25 years and has completed appraisals for estate tax calculation, estate and financial planning, insurance coverage and loss claims, division of property and non-cash charitable contributions. She has completed donation appraisals for properties that have been gifted to such institutions as the National Gallery of Art, the National Portrait Gallery, the Houston Museum of Fine Art, the Phillips Collection and the Corcoran Gallery of Art.

Mr. Beal is a shareholder in the Kansas City office of Polsinelli, Jack Beal focuses his practice on healthcare corporate and transactional matters for a wide variety of provider types, in both the for-profit and nonprofit context. Mr. Beal’s client work includes day-to-day advisement on contracting and compliance needs. His contracting work involves drafting and negotiating a variety of healthcare contracts, including physician services and employment agreements, management agreements, and affiliation agreements. Mr. Beal’s compliance work encompasses numerous federal and state health law requirements, including EMTALA, Medicare provider-based regulations, Medicare 340B billing guidelines, and state licensing and practice regulations, with a particular focus on HIPAA (and the HITECH Act), the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Stark Law.

  Colonel Geoffrey S. F. Ling, MD, PhD

The first Director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency Biological Technologies Office, Dr. Ling is considered to be the “US Army's premier subject matter expert on traumatic brain injury”, and was for years the only neuro-intensive care specialist in the US military. In 2006, he launched the Revolutionizing Prosthetics program, which gained FDA approval for “an advanced electromechanical prosthetic upper limb with near-natural control.”
