HSIG Bundle Pricing Option

Terms and Conditions

The purchase of the HSIG Bundle Pricing Option constitutes an agreement with the following terms and conditions:

  • By purchasing through the Bundle Pricing Option, you agree to purchase the full ASA HSIG education program consisting of four (4) webinar course sessions and one (1) in-person, two-day course session.
  • For webinar course sessions: one (1) registration = one (1) web connection and one (1) phone connection.
  • An unlimited number of individuals may participate/view a webinar course session (i.e. it may be viewed in a conference room setting with several individuals watching); however, only the registered attendee will receive credit for participating. Credit will not be provided to any unregistered viewer.
  • For the in-person, two-day course session: one (1) registration = one (1) individual. Only one (1) individual will be admitted and only one (1) individual will receive credit for participating/attending/completing the course.
  • Courses must be taken within three (3) years from date of purchase of the HSIG Bundle.
  • HSIG Bundle Pricing Option cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
  • No refunds will be issued after eHandouts/electronic presentation materials are distributed per course.
  • A $150 administrative fee will be charged for any refunds/cancellations.
  • No partial refunds.
  • Course credit and/or refunds will not be issued for missed courses.
  • Individuals not completing the full program (all four (4) webinars and the in-person, two-day course session) within three years will not be eligible for any program credit/refund.
  • Partial credits will NOT be issued for individual courses that have only been partially completed.
