The Chicago Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers is presenting the 7 Hour USPAP course on February 5, 2018 in Chicago, IL.

This is a 7-hour USPAP Update course designed for personal property, gems & jewelry, and machinery & technical specialties professionals who have completed the full 15-hour USPAP course and only require updated information. This course focuses primarily on recent changes and major sections of the current edition of USPAP, that relate specifically to personal property, gems & jewelry, and machinery & technical specialties.

Prices include a hard copy of the new 2018-19 USPAP Book, a hard copy of course materials, and continental breakfast each day. Lunch is not included.

***Important Note for Real Property Appraisers: This USPAP course for Personal Property does NOT meet the Appraisal Foundation’s USPAP continuing education requirements for Real Property appraisers. This course will NOT be accepted by state real property licensing boards and will not be accepted for CPE credit or for state licensing of real property appraisers.***
