ASA's Houston Chapter will offer the new 2018-2019 National 15-Hour USPAP Update course on Thursday, January 18 to Friday, January 19, 2018 from 8:30am to 5:00pm at the Ruth Chris Office Building, Conference Room in Houston, TX.

The 2018-19 USPAP book is required to attend either course. Outdated versions will not be accepted and refunds will not be granted if attendees have no USPAP, either in paper book or electronic format. An electronic version of the 2018-19 USPAP Book will be available prior to the courses, at The Appraisal Foundation.

Instructor

Vanessa Hendrickson - A native Houstonian, Ms. Hendrickson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Southern University and a Master of Divinity from the Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary. She is certified by the State of Texas as a General Appraiser, and has successfully completed numerous courses through the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, The Appraisal Foundation, The Society of Real Estate Appraisers and the International Right of Way Association.
