HOTEL RATES & RESERVATIONS
ASA is pleased to offer a special room block at the JW Marriott--everything you need under one roof! The "ASA" group rate is $119* per night and includes:
- Complimentary parking on-site
- Complimentary shuttle to/from the Las Vegas Strip – available Monday and Tuesday from 6:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m.
- Discounted shuttle from the hotel to airport – only $15 for ASA guests; departure times are 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
- Complimentary daily newspaper
- Guests may add an additional person to their reservation at no charge
- Children 17 years or younger stay free with adult reservations
* Note: All rooms are subject to a 12% tax. All rooms will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Rooms are available at the discounted “ASA” rate until June 21 (or earlier if the room block sells out).
RESERVATION POLICIES
Hotel reservations and cancellations are the responsibility of the registrant. You must be registered for the conference in order to receive the ASA group rate.
Reservations must be a secured with a credit card, check, or money order. However, the credit card will not be charged unless the person fails to check-in to the hotel on the scheduled arrival date, in which the penalty charge is one night’s lodging. If the person does check-in, a different form of payment can be provided.
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Rooms cancelled within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date will be charged one night’s lodging.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check–in time is 4:00 p.m. and check–out time is 12:00 p.m. Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly. Hotel guests staying in their rooms beyond the check–out time without hotel authorization may be charged for an additional room night. Express checkout available.
