*One Day Registration Fee includes selected day’s educational programming and materials, breakfast, refreshment breaks and reception (if applicable) . One day registration may be purchased on-site at the pre-conference rate.

Guest Registration

The Guest Registration rate is $210.  This includes the Continental Breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, the luncheon on Monday, and the Welcome Reception and President's Networking Reception on Sunday and Monday evenings.

Individual tickets are available for the Welcome Reception ($30) and President's Networking Reception ($45).

On-Site Registration Hours

Registration for the International Appraisers Conference will be located on the 3rd Floor of the Marriott Rivercenter. Registration hours are as follows:

Sunday, October 13 3:00pm – 6:30pm
Monday, October 14 7:15am – 5:30pm
Tuesday, October 15
7:15am – 5:00pm
Wednesday, October 16
7:15am – 12:00pm

Badges and Conference Bags

Attendees registering in advance of the conference may pick up badge and registration materials at the ASA Registration Desk during the hours indicated above. Attendees may not pick up other attendee badges/materials.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We will gladly provide a refund for registrations cancelled through Friday, September 13, 2013. Refunds, less a $100 administrative fee will be issued for cancellations received by October 1, 2013. Due to financial obligations incurred by the ASA, no refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations received after October 1, 2013. All attempts will be made to process refunds within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation.

Substitutions will be allowed at any time without a fee. Requests must be made in writing to ASA via email, fax, or mail.

Official Language

All conference presentations will be in English unless otherwise noted. We regret that we are unable to offer onsite translation services at this time.

Terms of Registration

From time to time, ASA or its contractors record, photograph and/or stream the various aspects and activities of the ASA International Appraisers Conference for both archival and promotional purposes. Submission of your ASA International Appraisers Conference registration authorizes ASA and its contractors permission to use your voice and/or image in any such archival or promotional recording, photograph or streaming activity. It also authorizes ASA to contact you by mail or e-mail.
