The most sweeping changes to Firrea since its start in 1989 were instituted on Dec 10, 2010. This webinar will review all aspects of the regulatory impact of the new interagency guidelines. This two hour webinar will explain the changes you will need to make to your appraisals to meet these new requirements. All banks and credit unions are now subject to these new regulations. The program will address the details of the 70 page regulation including the four appendixes. We will review the new additions to banks appraisal ordering and management guidelines and better understand the opportunities that this new legislation has created for appraisers .
