Register now for the 4th Annual Art Crime and Cultural Heritage Symposium to be held on Tuesday, November 1-Thursday, November 3, 2016 at the NYU Kimmel Center for University Life, 60 Washington Square S., New York, NY. Learn about the legal, forensic, governmental, and political strategies being employed to address the enormity of this global phenomenon.

Range of Presentation Topics Include:

  • Histories of fakes and forgeries
  • The many faces of Art Fraud
  • Art theft and art scams
  • Scientific and forensic approaches
  • Provenance research
  • Cultural repatriation
  • Issues facing auction houses and purchasers

CLE units and financial aid are available for those who qualify. Attorneys attending the symposium can earn 16 CLEs in Professional Practice: 6.5 CLEs (November 1), 6.5 CLEs (November 2), and 3.0 CLEs (November 3). CLEs are transitional.
