Story Tellers Wanted – New ASA Podcast Call for Stories

by Todd Paradis | Aug 05, 2019
Everyone has a story, let us tell yours. Have you ever had a memorable client, asset, or experience in your appraisal career? If you have, and have a story to tell, ASA is looking for you.

ASA is launching a new podcast series titled Stories of Value, where we discuss the human side of appraisal. Each episode will spotlight a member sharing a memorable experience, with the episode made available online for public download and listening. Your story will provide insights and lessons learned to new and established professionals, and the public at large, as we work to shine a light on appraisal.

If you have a good story to tell, ASA wants to hear from you! A call for stories is currently in progress. For consideration, send a brief synopsis of your story and what you learned to John D. Russell, Senior Director of Government Relations and Business Development, at If we like your story, we’ll reach out for more information.

A special recording of Stories of Value will take place Monday, August 26 at the upcoming ASA Conferences in New York City, so if you plan to attend the conferences or are in the New York Metro area, we can schedule selected participants during that time.
