PERSONAL PROPERTY REPORT WRITING UPDATE

Would your current Personal Property appraisal report survive close scrutiny?

If you haven’t taken an appraisal report-writing course in the last three years, then this course is designed for the following individuals:

  • Accredited appraisers who need to remain informed about the currently accepted appraisal report format as developed by the ASAPPC. 9 ASA reaccredidation hours will be awarded.
  • Candidates preparing their appraisal reports for submission to the Board of Examiners for accreditation

This course is designed for appraisers and candidates who have successfully completed POV203: Report Writing.

Instructor: Sandra Tropper, ASA, co-author of this course, serves as Education Chair for the ASA Personal Property Discipline after four years as the Personal Property Committee Chair. She is the representative to The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council (TAFAC), a member of the ASA Board of Examiners and is an AQB certified USPAP instructor. Currently she chairs the ASA International Education Committee.
