Qualify at Home! SE100AC: National USPAP Audio Course
15 hours

You can meet your mandatory 15-hour USPAP requirement by taking ASA's audio USPAP course.

 

Total Package:

ASA members: $295

Nonmembers: $395

Course is available on audiocassette or CD and includes USPAP book and student manual.

Exam Procedure: One exam is included with each USPAP course purchased. Instructions regarding the exam procedure are included in the package from the vendor.

 

Exam-Only Option:

ASA members: $200

Nonmembers: $250

Best for larger groups that can share the entire package. Each student must register with ASA to take the exam.

Important Note: The USPAP home study courses are not accepted by many state real property licensing boards. Students successfully completing the course and exam will be granted 15 or 7 ASA reaccredidation credits; however, it is your responsibility as the student to contact the licensing authority in your state to make certain that the USPAP home study has been approved and will be accepted for credit.

SE101AC: 7-Hour USPAP Update
(7 hours)

ASA's new national USPAP audio update (SE101AC) has been designed specifically for those appraisal professionals who have completed the 15-hour USPAP in the last 12–18 months and now just want to know the changes. This critical update will keep you current in both your day-to-day work and in any upcoming court situations. No exam.

Course is available on audiocassette & CD : ASA members $195; nonmembers $245.

PP/GJ201AC: Introduction to Personal Property Valuation and PP/GJ202AC: Personal Property Valuation Methodology-Research and Analysis
(Each is 27 hours with a 3-hour exam)
