The Chicago Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers is presenting the 7 Hour USPAP course for Business Valuation appraisers.

This is a 7-hour USPAP Update course designed for business valuation professionals who have completed the full 15-hour USPAP course and only require updated information. This course focuses primarily on recent changes and major sections of the current edition of USPAP, that relate specifically to business valuation. Important Note: This course may be accepted by state real property licensing boards or for CE credit for state licensing of real property appraisers; however, it is the responsibility of the student to verify acceptance of this course with his/her state prior to registering.

Prices include a hard copy of the new 2018-19 USPAP Book, a hard copy of course materials, and continental breakfast each day. Lunch is not included.

***Important Note for Real Property Appraisers: This USPAP course for Personal Property does NOT meet the Appraisal Foundation’s USPAP continuing education requirements for Real Property appraisers. This course will NOT be accepted by state real property licensing boards and will not be accepted for CPE credit or for state licensing of real property appraisers.***
