 Lynne Loube is an Adjunct Professor in the George Washington University
 Appraisal Studies Program. One of the worlds foremost authorities on 18thand 19th
 century jewelry, she has appeared as a guest expert on PBS "Money Watch" and
 FOX TV Expose. Lynne is accepted as an Expert Witness in Federal and D.C. Court
 on the subjects of diamond and jewelry appraisal, and is a liquidation appraiser for
 the Justice Department. Lynne Loube is the only historian to appraise the jewelry of
 George and Martha Washington at Mount Vernon, and is currently authoring the
 definitive volume on the subject. She offers her formidable expertise to the public in a
 series of classes entitled "How to Buy a Diamond".
