American Society of Appraisers Congratulates New Chairman of the International Valuation Standards Council

RESTON, VA (September 27, 2012) – The American Society of Appraisers (ASA) congratulates Sir David Tweedie, new Chairman-Elect of the London, United Kingdom based International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC).

ASA has been a long time supporter of the IVSC and its effort to promote the recognition and adoption of international valuation standards in the world’s major economies and the development of the valuation profession worldwide.
