January 22, 2013 (Reston, VA) The American Society of Appraisers, in collaboration with ASA’s Machinery and Technical Specialties (MTS) discipline, is pleased to announce the offering of a unique course that explores advanced topics and case studies of Machinery and Equipment Valuation in Reston, Virginia.
This 3-day course will explore a variety of Machinery and Equipment valuation topics in a live, group setting. Sample topics to be discussed are exponential pricing techniques, cost estimation, reproduction vs. replacement costs, quantifying functional obsolescence, how to use research data effectively, time value of money calculations, and more.
