Dear Fellow ASA Real Property Members,

It is with great pleasure that I introduce our first electronic ASA-RP Journal (ASA-RP e-Journal). This is only possible because of the dedicated efforts, expertise, and long hours donated by Micheal Lohmeier, FASA (Senior Editor) and Kurt Kielisch, ASA (Assistant Editor) along with ASA Headquarters Staff, Andrea Burkhart.

An ASA Call for Real Property Articles

Our membership has a long history of having specialized experiences in a diverse range of properties and practice areas. From land valuation to the appraisal of special purpose properties, our members are involved in some of the most sophisticated and challenging valuation environments occurring today.

The American Society of Appraisers' Real Property Committee (RPC) has reinstated its Real Property newsletter with this new RPC e-Journal. The purpose of this e-Journal is to serve as a tool for providing our members' insights and experiences from which all may learn.
