General Information
This OnDemand course provides students with convenient online access to
pre-recorded lecture modules and downloadable course materials via "My ASA
Courses". Learn
how to access My ASA Courses, eMaterials and OnDemand Courses. Students
receive access to course instructions and materials immediately following
registration.
This course consists of modules and various module quiz assessments
that students must complete in sequential order. Only after successful
review and completion of each module and quiz are students able to proceed
to the next module in the sequence. Students may repeat and review of each
module and quiz assessment an unlimited number of times. A certificate of
completion is provided only upon successful completion of all the course modules
and quiz assessments within one week. The course should
be completed within 90 days of purchase. Currently, there is no final exam
associated with this course.

Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing
professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State
boards of accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual

Important Note: This course does not meet the Appraisal Foundation’s
USPAP continuing education requirements for Real Property appraisers. This
course will not be accepted by state real property licensing boards or for CE
credit for state licensing of real property appraisers. This course may be used
to meet qualifying USPAP requirements for beginning Real Property students who
are seeking state certification, however, it is the responsibility of the
student to verify acceptance of this course with his/her state prior to
registering.
