Important Class Information
PP202 is
being presented online via Zoom and will be taught by a live
instructor over the course of two weeks. Students will meet virtually with the instructor three
times a week for 4.5 hours each session
, and engage in discussions, exercises, and post-session assignments. The
class includes a total of 6 sessions. One additional make up class is
offered on March 8, 2021 in the event a student must miss one of the
sessions.
Important Note
Partial credit will not be awarded for this
offering. Students must participate in 6 live online
sessions to complete the course and receive full credit. Please
note, the sessions will not be recorded and/or made available after the
class.

Patricia H. Atwood ASA is a personal property appraiser designated in two specialty fields, “Antiques & Decorative Arts” and “Clocks.” With formal education at Cornell, Columbia and Princeton, she also studied at Karls-Ruprecht Universität, Heidelberg and the Sorbonne. She was Curator at The Time Museum (Rockford, Illinois) for twenty years before becoming a full-time appraiser in 2005. Active in professional associations, Atwood currently serves as a member of the Appraisal Standards Board of The Appraisal Foundation. From 2015-2018, she was a member of the Advisory Council of the Internal Revenue Service and is a past president of ASA’s Chicago Chapter and a past Member-at-Large of the ASA International Personal Property Committee.
