AR209-OOO - ARM Report Writing Workshop

Course Description

This workshop assists professionals who previously completed the Appraisal Review & Management Principles of Valuation courses AR201 and AR204. This course provides current ARM methodology content for development and reporting. Content is shared at an expedited rate to provide the information necessary for submitting an appraisal review report for the ARM accreditation. Participants will complete the class with a clear understanding of determining competency for each review assignment, measuring works under review for an appropriate standard of care, USPAP compliance, and also be able to properly develop an appraisal review report.
Requirements for the class include 2020-21 USPAP, a work under review from another appraiser in the same discipline, a word processor.

Course Audience

 Professionals who previous completed the POV AR201 and AR204 courses, without accreditation.
