paying members of the International Virtual Chapter and European Chapter.
Members must Register online or via the link emailed to them. ASA members who
are not IVC members may join the IVC for $15 annual dues by emailing asainfo@appraisers.org or

Course Description
The first 30-45 minutes will cover the introduction of incoming IVC Chapter
officers and specific chapter updates.
The remaining time will be devoted to the presentation by Jack Beckwith who
serves on the Advisory Forum of the International Valuation Standards Council
(IVSC) as your ASA Representative and is a staff instructor teaching MTS
Principles of Valuation courses. Jack's appraisal experience includes valuations
of a variety of industrial, commercial, and institutional assets. Jack will give
a presentation contrasting USPAP and the International Valuation Standards (IVS)
and the requirements to produce appraisal reports that are compliant with both
USPAP and IVS.
