Webinar Course Description
Many appraisers are confronted with considering how
easements affect the utility of property. Depending on the type of appraisal
assignment, easements may be a consideration in developing an opinion of value.
Such assignments may be problematic because of the unique nature and diversity
of easements as well as partial interest considerations. This webinar will touch
upon private easements and public agency acquisition of easements for right of way purposes.
Course Audience
Real property appraisers
