Webinar Course Description
This webinar will cover more than 40 practical points
for determining reasonable or normalized compensation amounts for business
owners and their family members. Stephen Kirkland has served as an expert
witness in compensation cases for over twenty years and has seen the good, the
bad and the ugly. He will share lessons learned from preparing analyses,
reports, and rebuttal reports and from testifying in depositions and court cases. Lessons gleaned from other recent court cases will be covered also.

Stephen Kirkland has been a compensation consultant and expert witness since
1995. He works with executives, attorneys and valuators across the United
States.
Stephen has testified on reasonable compensation in five U.S. Tax Court
cases. He also speaks at conferences across the country on the challenges
of determining executive compensation amounts.
