Webinar Course Description
"What's New in USPAP 2020" will provide an overview of
the changes in USPAP 2020. The emphasis will be upon what is important for MTS
and PP appraisers. The presenters are both ASA members, one MTS and one PP. Both
have considerable experience serving on the Appraisal Standards Board. The
program will include a brief summary of the changes and will also offer an opportunity for questions.

R. Lee Robinette, ASA | President | Collateral Evaluation Associates, Inc.
R. Lee Robinette, ASA, is the President of Collateral Evaluation Associates,
Inc. in Charlotte, NC. Lee has over thirty years of machinery & equipment
and inventory appraisal experience. Lee is a former Chairman of ASA’s MTS
Committee and recently completed eight years of service on the Appraisals
Standards Board of The Appraisal Foundation.
Patricia H. Atwood, ASA | Timely Antique Appraisals, LLC
Patricia H. Atwood, ASA, is a Personal Property appraiser at Timely Antique
Appraisals LLC in New Hampshire, specializing in antiques & decorative arts
and clocks. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Appraisal Standards Board
and is an instructor for ASA Principles of Valuation courses. An active
volunteer, she is a past president of ASA’s Chicago Chapter and also served a
three-year term on the Advisory Council of the Internal Revenue
Service.
