The rapidly changing legalization and production
practices are challenging even experts to understand the current state of the
industry. This webinar will show the extent of changes in growing, harvesting,
production facilities, and modern equipment that are utilized in this industry.
The recent legalization is unleashing agricultural and industry research on the
both hemp and cannabis with dramatic changes occurring in plant genetics, plant
quality, growing practices and potential uses. All of these aspects of this
rapidly changing field will be covered to better educate the valuation profession on where value is being created and where it is being destroyed.

Anybody interested in learning more about hemp/cannabis, its production and the systems involved.

Dick Gilmore ARA, FRICS, FASA is a designated real property appraiser and
machinery equipment expert who performs financial and banking consulting
nationwide. He is valuation expert and regularly teaches valuation courses and
Conservation Easement Valuation course for AI and ASA, ASFMRA. He works in
specialized agricultural property valuation and consulting. Dick operates
Agvisory LLC from Charlton Mass. Agvisory is a national agricultural valuation
firm that also performs appraisal reviews for banks and financial institutions
and also provides consulting to agribusiness nationwide.
