Webinar Course Description
Ken and Ron will provide practical advice on how to manage
a BVFLS practice in a post pandemic era. Tips and pointers will be provided on
how to optimize communications within the internal team environment with an eye
towards how things have evolved and changed due to the challenges of COVID-19
protocols. Managing engagements and client expectations will be a key focus.
Both speakers will prognosticate how they see things settling out as we emerge
from the pandemic pause in terms of getting back into the office versus a
continued emphasis on a virtual workforce. Interacting with the courts, clients and attorneys in a virtual world will be discussed.
Course Audience
All BVFLS practitioners should benefit from this webinar but those involved in practice and engagement management will benefit the most.
