Cancellation and Refund Policy

We will gladly provide a full refund for registrations cancelled by September 15, 2020. A $100 administrative fee will be applied to cancellations received by September 25, 2020. Due to the financial obligations incurred by ASA, no refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations received after September 25, 2020. All attempts will be made to process refunds within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation. Substitutions will be allowed at any time without a fee. Requests must be made in writing to ASA via email, fax, or mail.

Official Language

All conference presentations will be in English unless otherwise noted. We regret that we are unable to offer onsite translation services at this time.

Terms of Registration

The content of this program will be captured in digital format and may be used for both archival and promotional purposes. Submission of your registration authorizes ASA and its contractors: permission to use your voice and/or image in any such archival or promotional recording, photograph or streaming activity and to contact you by mail or e-mail.

Special Accommodations
