Webinar Description
This webinar illustrates why and how valuation
assignments require forensic tools, techniques, methods and methodologies. It
highlights essential forensic techniques and lays the foundation for application
within the valuation profession. The webinar defines financial forensics to
dispel confusion about forensics and outlines key forensic methodologies that expedite forensic application in
valuation. Key forensic techniques are illustrated with actual valuation assignments
e.g. CRO, forensic financial analysis, forensic lexicology, economic benefit stream assessment and derivation,
forensic indices (demonstrating deficiencies in mere ratio analysis), et al and how
all apply to valuation. Attendees will leave the webinar armed with immediate applicable
tools and will be positioned to continue adding
to their valuation repertoire.
