Learn insights into how developers are placing the big box back into the retailing market with segmentation for multiple tenants. Understand the value of in depth rental profiling to gain resale market potential. Explore with the instructor the market capacity of a location from the demographic character of the community, travel time, and competing locations. In the end, the income approach provides the test of highest and best use. Yet understanding the value of the land may prove the ultimate solution against all of the measures. And without all three approaches to value considered, how can you know?
