The first step to using ASAConnect is understanding how its platform, groups and discussions work.

Start by exploring its user-friendly platform. You’ll notice immediately how easy it is to navigate and access all the tools you need to advance your professional development and networking experiences.

Next, you’ll want to set up and manage your groups. Joining a group is easy and must be done prior to participating in discussions.

Don’t worry about joining your chapter, region or ASA committee group, or if you are a GJ or PP member your discipline group, we’ve taken care of that step for you. ARM, BV, MTS and RP members will need to subscribe to their discipline group.

After joining your groups each will be visible on your Groups page and ready for you to initiate and participate in discussions. To begin, simply craft your message and send. The variety of formatting options is impressive, including options to add tables, images or videos.
