Who Should Attend?
This is the National Personal Property Specific USPAP
course developed specifically for
users of Standards 7 and 8. This course
will familiarize students with the recognized standards governing professional appraisals. This 15-hour National USPAP-PP
course
is approved by the Appraisal Standards Board
of the Appraisal Foundation. This course is NOT accepatble for Real Property
appraisers.

Requirements and Other Important Information
Test Your Computer!
You must have internet access and a phone line, a
built-in computer microphone, or a headset in order to participate in the
live webinar. To ensure the best ASA webinar experience, be sure to test your GoToWebinar Connection on your computer prior to the
webinar and review the GoToWebinar System Requirements. During the Mandatory Roll Call prior to the start of
the webinar, all attendees will be asked to run through a sound check.
Attendance
Registrants must participate both days of the live webinar in order to receive a certificate following
succesful completion of exam. The presentation will not be recorded or provided as an archive
per accrediting body guidelines.
Final Exam
Succesful completion of the (1) hour USPAP exam is required. Students must
complete the 1 hour online exam within 21 days a fter
the webinar concludes. Further exam instructions and guidance will be provided
within the eMaterials once available.
Certificate of Completion
Please allow 10-15
business days following succesful completion of final exam in order to receive a
certificate of completion via email notification.
Important Notes
- By registering for this course you affirm that your
USPAP training and certification is current (7 hour or 15 hour within the last
2 calendar years consistent with the 2-year USPAP cycle).
- This course in not designed for Real Property (RP)
appraisers and does not have state approval.
Access to Download Materials
Materials will be posted approximately within a week
prior to the live webinar and include the student manual, and administrative documents. All downloadable
materials are accessible via your ASA profile in ASA Central. Once eMaterials
have been accessed, and/or posted for download, eLearning courses are no longer

Important Note: This course
does not meet the Appraisal Foundation’s USPAP continuing education requirements
for Real Property appraisers. This course will not be accepted by state real
property licensing boards or for CE credit for state licensing of real property
appraisers. This course may be used to meet qualifying USPAP requirements for
beginning Real Property students who are seeking state certification, however,
it is the responsibility of the student to verify acceptance of this course with
his/her state prior to registering.
