From our annual Golf Outing to lively receptions and special networking events, ASAIC26 offers plenty of opportunities to connect beyond the classroom. It’s where conversations continue after sessions adjourn, partnerships are sparked over cocktails, and colleagues become lifelong friends.

So polish your boots (or your golf clubs), bring your appetite for great company, and join us for the side of ASAIC where Texas hospitality takes center stage.

ASA Gives Back: Stuffed Animal Drive

Big Hearts. Big Texas Welcome. As part of ASA’s ongoing commitment to community engagement, ASAIC26 attendees are encouraged to bring a new or gently used stuffed animal to donate to a local Fort Worth nonprofit serving children in need. Our goal is to collect 375 stuffed animals during the conference. When packing for Fort Worth, consider saving a little room in your suitcase for a stuffed animal and drop it off at the ASA Gives Back Station when you arrive.

$140 per player (includes greens fee, cart, range balls, box lunch and one drink ticket)

Dust off those clubs and join us for the 6th Annual ASA Golf Outing! Start ASAIC26 the Fort Worth way—wide‑open fairways, friendly competition, fresh Texas air, and a generous helping of good old‑fashioned Texas hospitality. This fan‑favorite, pre‑conference tradition is the perfect chance to reconnect with colleagues, make a few new friends, and enjoy a morning on one of Fort Worth’s finest public courses. Waterchase Golf Club delivers scenic views, a challenging layout, and plenty of Lone Star charm. Whether you’re chasing birdies or just soaking up the sunshine, it’s the perfect way to start the conference. We’ll see y’all on the green!

Please note: Transportation to and from the course, as well as on-course beverages, are the responsibility of each player. Waterchase Golf Club is approximately 20 minutes from the Omni Fort Worth.

The ASA Annual Business Meeting is open to all members attending in person in Fort Worth.

5:30pm – 6:30pm | Get-Acquainted Welcome Reception 
Kick off ASAIC26 the Texas way!  Grab you hat , your boots and your best western wear and join fellow attendees for an evening of good company, easy conversation, and a hearty dose of Texas fun and hospitality. Grab a cold beer or a glass of wine and enjoy some savory hors d’oeuvres while catching up with familiar faces or inviting new appraisers into your circle. Come on by, raise a glass, and let’s kick off the conference in true Texas-style!

Guest tickets are available for $85 and may be purchased during conference registration checkout. Please note that tickets are limited to guests of registered attendees.

9:00am – 9:30am | Spouses & Guests: A Fort Worth Welcome
We’re fixin’ to give our spouses and guests a proper Texas welcome, y'all!  Join us Monday morning for a special greeting from 'Visit Fort Worth' and get the inside scoop on all Cowtown has to offer — from the historic Stockyards and cattle drives to world-class museums, local shopping, and can’t-miss dining. Whether you’re roaming downtown or looking to soak up some of that easy Texas charm, this session will set you on your way — because around here, hospitality isn’t just a courtesy, it’s a way of life.

4:30pm – 5:30pm | Power Network Hour
The Power Network Hour is ridin’ back into ASAIC26, and this year we’re turnin’ up the heat. With keynote speaker Deedre Daniel bringing her high-energy, interactive game show to the floor, expect fast connections, a little friendly competition, and plenty of laughs along the way. You’ll mix and mingle with professionals from across ASA’s diverse membership in a structured, high-energy format built to spark meaningful conversations and genuine opportunities. Whether you’re new to the profession or a seasoned pro, circle your wagons and head to fan-favorite event.

5:45pm – 7:00pm | ASA Educational Foundation Fundraiser
$125 per person (includes hors d'oeuvres and 1 drink ticket)

Back by popular demand, the ASA Educational Foundation Fundraiser returns to ASAIC26 — and at its heart, the evening is all about impact. More than just a reception, it’s an opportunity to invest in the future of the appraisal profession, supporting scholarships, research, and professional development initiatives that strengthen the appraisal community. Enjoy meaningful connections with colleagues while taking part in special fundraising moments throughout the evening. Every dollar raised goes directly to the ASA Educational Foundation—because when our profession comes together for a good cause, we show up big, generous, and ready to make a difference.

5:00pm – 6:00pm | Farewell Reception
Before you tip your hat and mosey on home, join us for one last Texas-style sendoff at the ASAIC26 Farewell Reception. After a couple of days filled with learning, laughter, handshakes, and new connections, take a moment to slow down, raise a glass, and swap a few final stories with colleagues and friends. Around here, we don’t slip out quiet — we gather up our friends, toast a job well done, and send each other off proper. Come share one last 'cheers' before you ride off into the sunset.
