Jason is the founder and managing partner of Root Valuation, LLC, a business valuation and financial advisory practice based in Denver, Colorado.  Jason is a valuation expert with nearly two decades of experience as a finance professional, and is a nationally recognized expert in his field.  Jason is a frequent speaker and author on valuation topics, with a specific emphasis on the healthcare industry.  Jason earned his degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, then continued his education by earning the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.  Jason is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers, and a member of several professional and trade organizations.
