Chapter RP Courses

ASA encourages chapters to offer Real Property education locally.  Our education staff has developed several resources to help make this process easy and efficient.  If you are interested in offering a Real Property class, please review the resources below and contact us for assistance. 

• Begin by reviewing our  RP Course Catalog to determine which course you want to offer and our Breakdown of Course Costs document to help you determine the financial impact of your program.
  

• Next, familiarize yourself with the Chapter RP Courses Timeline document which provides information on when to begin planning your course offering and download the RP Chapter Education FAQs document which outlines responsibilities of the chapter and how HQ can help.
  
  
• When you are ready to move forward, complete ASAʼs easy-to-use  RP Class Request Form and/or RP USPAP Class Request Form (for USPAP classes) so we know what your plans are and can work with you going forward.
