The American Society of Appraisers has partnered with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) for the development and implementation of a series of 4 courses for professional aircraft appraisers (ME201ACS – ME204ACS). Successful completion of these courses will provide participants the necessary fundamental appraisal coursework to apply for professional accreditation through ASA in the Machinery and Technical Specialties (MTS) discipline with a specialty in aircraft appraisal. The courses will also include curriculum covering commercial, business and general aviation aircraft including fixed-wing and rotorcraft, and other aerospace assets.

The courses are being developed and taught by Dr. Vitaly Guzhva, Dr. Sunder Raghavan (both professors at ERAU), Mr. Richard Berkemeier & Mr. David Crick, all ASA.
