Efforts by the Land Trust Alliance to halt the abuse of federal tax incentives for conservation easement donations were recently acknowledged in a letter to supporting organizations. Thanks to the work of ASA and others the Charitable Conservation Easement Program Integrity Act was signed into law in December.
