Who is Eligible?

Any Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in good standing in disciplines other than ARM may apply

for Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) status in the ARM discipline.

How do I Earn an Additional ASA Designation in ARM?

The procedure is as follows:

Successfully complete AR201 and AR204;
Ensure your USPAP continuing education requirements are up-to-date;
Complete the online application, pay the application fee and upload any other required documentation, and upload one (1) appraisal review report and accompanying redacted appraisal(s) demonstrating knowledge in ARM.
