Nominations Open for ASA’s 2025 Annual Awards

Each year, ASA recognizes the outstanding achievements, dedication, and impact of our members and chapters through the ASA Awards. These awards recognize those who go beyond the ordinary — raising the bar for professionalism, service, and leadership in the appraisal profession.

Nominate a deserving colleague, chapter, or event and help shine a spotlight on the individuals and teams making a difference in the appraisal field!

Chapter Awards (Nominations Open until August 15)

Nominations for Appraiser of the Year and Rising Stars must be submitted by July 31, 2025. Chapter award nominations are open until August 15, 2025.

Award nominees will be notified of their nomination on August 1, 2025. Once notified, nominees will have until August 15 to submit their award package, which includes a statement outlining why they should be selected as the recipient.

Winners to be announced at the 2025 ASA International Conference in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
