In order to receive the ASA Property Tax Program Certificate, participants are simply required to complete the 

  1. Wichita Property Tax Conference Principles (WPTC) Course *typically held in conjunction with the annual WPTC
  2. Principles Course Exam
  3. Future ASA ME219 Complex Property Tax Course (available January 2026)
