This class will build upon the learning outcomes achieved in BV201 by adding the income approach to the student’s skill set. A heavy emphasis will be placed on the three key variables of valuation – benefit streams; risks; and growth. Participants will: Assess the applicability of different Income Approach methods; Define the applicability of alternative benefit streams; Determine normalization of financial statements; and much more.
