Tom is the Chief Appraiser for U.S. Bank where he is responsible for the bank’s national commercial real estate appraisal and environmental services. He has been active in the valuation industry for 40 years. Tom served on the Standards Board of the International Valuation Standards Council from 2008 – 2014, has been certified by The Appraisal Foundation’s Appraiser Qualifications Board as a USPAP instructor and has been instrumental in creation of the series of papers providing a bridge between USPAP and IVS.
